Note: the Bike Path is not lit, so we recommend that you wear reflective clothing and a headlamp!
Note: When the bike path is snow- or ice-covered, we will meet at the Twin Willows.
MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER
Meet at the south-east end of Narragansett Beach (where the seawall meets the beach parking lot). We have several courses measured out between 5 and 8 miles.
After the run, we meet back at the beach to re-hydrate. Some of us go to the Mews for dinner and drinks at about 8:45 (after going home for a shower).
Directions from Points North: Take the Narragansett Exit off Rt. 1 S. Take a left at the light and get onto the rotary. Follow the signs to Narragansett, exiting the rotary about 2/3 the way around. Take a left at the second light. Follow the road as it curves right and at your next light, you’ll see the beach parking lot straight ahead.
